Dominick Pahl, M.S., R.N., is a seasoned and accomplished nurse leader with over 12 years of nursing experience spanning the entire care spectrum, from ambulatory care to intensive care. With a solid foundation in both nursing and leadership, Dominick has dedicated his career to making significant contributions to healthcare, particularly with Biofourmis and previously with Mayo Clinic. In his role with Biofourmis, Dominick leverages his clinical expertise and experience in the virtual care space to partner with other organizations to design, implement and support new virtual care delivery models, with a primary focus on Remote Patient Monitoring and Hospital at Home programs.

Throughout his tenure at Mayo Clinic, Dominick demonstrated a commitment to innovation and patient-centered care. His most recent focus with Mayo Clinic was on the forefront of healthcare, where he played a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and leading virtual care initiatives for the Mayo Clinic Enterprise. Specifically, Dominick was the Nurse Manager and subsequently the Nurse Administrator overseeing the Virtual Nursing, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Virtual Monitoring programs. Dominick holds a Master of Science in Nursing and remains committed to continuous learning and professional development. Throughout his career, he has also been fortunate to contribute to a significant campus transformation project at Mayo Clinic Rochester, and both present and publish on virtual care delivery models.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dominick finds fulfillment in his role and commitment as a husband and father. He and his wife, Nichole, share the joys and challenges of parenthood, raising three young children. Dominick most enjoys time with his family playing outside, being active, playing games, and finding fun in whatever opportunities present.
